Respect, Integrity, Authenticity...No compromise!

Thank God It's Monday (TGIM) Reflections!
♥️♥️♥️ yup yup, this resonates with my seemingly unique quirky self 😀!
As I get older and hopefully wiser, I've started to observe these trends of people who leave, and their rationales for leaving, and can now smile and feel relief, rather than grief 😀. Good riddance me say!
It is ok, to allow those that wish to go, to leave, whatever their rationale for leaving may be, without the need for explanations, and closure, or unrequired drama (definitely, beneath an Empress).
Attaching 'abandonment' to such situations, had left me quite emotional in the past. Life has however, brought on a better perspective to such matters.
The less worthy must be consciously weeded, and kept at bay!!!
We DO NOT want Killjoys, Naysayers, Energy Suckers, Decepticons, even the confused, immature, lazy, Time Wasters around us, constantly leeching off of our limited and premium edition time and energy!!!
Only those that RESPECT and VALUE Us and our Time, and resonate with our values, our vision for our life, must be allowed access to our gorgeous self and energy! And even this access is a PRIVILEGE, NOT A GUARANTEE!!! Like I tell my son, what you abuse or do not value, you will lose!
It takes courage and character, to have these healthy filters in place; yes, this is very challenging, till it becomes a healthy habit. I'm still practicing 🤣. But, in doing so, we are being authentic, and allowing others to be their authentic selves too.
The best filtration process, I feel, is to be your true authentic self, at all times, unabashedly and unapologetically!!!
Whoever can't take it, will organically leave. And we can rejoice and celebrate the 'Good riddance!' moment 😀. I do this with a lot of fanfare lately, because, it truly feels right! I should create a 'Good Riddance Playlist' 🤔😀 (Note-to-self).
Those that stay, may then be considered for a closed knit inner circle, however, ONLY if they seemingly have the right intentions for staying. We can nurture these meaningful relationships together, for the rest of our life, with mutual respect, integrity and authenticity.
What can I say, my standards are high, oh-so-very-high, both personally and professionally, especially, with regard to integrity. And I choose to keep it this way!
Respect, Integrity, Authenticity...no compromise with these!
...There are those who respect and love me for it 🥰.
...There are others who hate me for it 🤷♀️.
...There are some who are confused with what to do with me 🤣.
...There are some sneaky ones who, out of their insecurity, will try to snub me...at their own risk, I say 😎!
...There are still others who try desperately to control and mould me into their expected version of me...Good luck, trying to control a Larees 😀! This is THE most hillarious and entertaining category 🤣🤣🤣...these are days, I give Netflix a skip!
Either ways, I am who I am, and I love the current version of me, flaws and all! Flaws...psst, what flaws!!! Nonsense, I'm sexy perfection 😉 🥰 😎!
In this Fake, Shallow, Unreliable, Undependable World, an Authentic person with high integrity is a rare gem! I would encourage everyone to be one.
Are you brave enough to dare walk the talk, without the fear of a probable consequence of criticism and/or lonliness? If yes, then, you too are an Empress / Emperor. Come look me up, we must hang! Perhaps, have coffee and make some quality music together. After all, birds of a feather, must flock together and be each other's vibe tribe ☺️.
